 McKenzie River Horse Ride Horse Rides King Road Ranch and Stables offers a fun horse riding experience nestled in Oregon's beautiful McKenzie River valley. Here at King Road Ranch, we are away from all the hustle and bustle of daily life. These horseback rides are well suited for most everyone! No experience is necessary. A special horse will be chosen to match your personality and skill level. Our 40 acre horse facility is located on the beautiful McKenzie River, Oregon just 45 minutes east of Eugene and the I-5. We are in the heart of the McKenzie River recreation area. We are set back in the woods, in a beautiful park like setting with ponds and creeks and natural wildlife. It is the perfect place to ride and enjoy horses! Our facilities include acres of open pasture, a fully enclosed - covered - arena, round pen, matted stalls with turnouts. Enjoy our trails or miles of forest service trails! In addition to our ranch, we also provide trail rides in a number of other places in the valley - providing a variety of riding options and views.. Visitors to the area enjoy our one-of-a-kind, 'The Horse Experience' - a fun and interactive lesson / ride package that will educate and entertain.
